We choose equipment that combines the accuracy of digital recording with the quality and warmth of analog gear. Our system provides 24 tracks of hi-fidelity audio.

A workhorse used in multiple applications : music recording, broadcasting, sound reinforcement and film.

Recording
FOSTEX D2424LV	Digital recording system with 24bits 96kHz sampling. High-end AD/DA conversion and digital in/outs. Incredible stability and powerful editing. 24 tracks recording + 32 virtual tracks Word Clock and Time Code synchronized
TASCAM DA20 + DA30	Our stereo master DAT recorders. When it comes to recording a final version of your work, it is the standard . A lot more reliable than the best of CD-Rs.
TASCAM 133	Cassette recorder used for audio transfers. Military-grade components made this machine a classic.

Others
TL AUDIO C1	Top of the line, ClassA stereo valve compressor and preamp. A warm sound, mainly used for mastering, bass and vocals.
Furman PL-Plus II	Because the overall sound quality requires a clean power source, this voltage regulator protects and cleans the main power source.
Acoustics	absorption and diffusion pannels bass traps and gobos isolation boxes for amps
Cables	All neutrik plugs and oxygen free copper OFC wiring. When tracking, we use digital connections such as ADAT lightpipe and AES/EBU.

Monitors
Mackie HR824	Very popular studio monitor. They help build a mix that translates well in all sound systems. The frequency curve is flat and very wide. 250W per channel.
Other systems	We always backup our mixes by listening in different systems: Yamaha NS amp with JVC speakers Sansui vintage amp with Tannoy speakers Car speakers Shitbox and ghetto-blasters Lo-fi earphones and earbuds
Headphones	For mixing and mastering, we mainly use the Koss ProAA that are incredibly detailed and well balanced. For musicians, we have many types of studio earphones (Apex, Pioneer, Sony).
Mackie HM-54	Headphone amp. We can deliver up to 5 different mixes for each artist.
N.B.: When it comes to high-end mastering, we often rent other types of speakers to see the mix from another angle (Genelec, Dynaudio BM15a, Yamaha NS10, Auratone, etc.)

These instruments can be used to double tracks. It's always a good thing to rent top-notch instruments and amps.

Effects
SONY DPS-R7	This reverb engine is among the best in history. It delivers hundreds of effects (hall, chamber, plate, etc). Hi-fidelity, unmatchable quality!
Spring reverb	Via a Peavey Renown 1985. For the classic spring sound.
YAMAHA DSP	The O2R board provides extremely accurate dynamics processing on all channels (compressors, gates, etc.) It also has a lot of good effects (flange, phasers, reverbs, chorus, etc.)
YAMAHA BBT-500H	An integrated bass amp and preamp. This state of the art machine delivers a huge sound, with the possibility to simulate many amps (tube, vintage, modern, distortion, fuzz, etc). Instrument preamp and compressor 5 band parametric EQ and compressor DI (line) and cab outputs
FX Pedals	Boss PS3 delay/pitch, Cry Baby Wah, NS2 Noise supressor, DOD Death metal distortion, DOD Grunge distortion, zoom, etc.

Transducers

Because every instrument and sound source has its own character, we often rent some microphones to get the best sound possible.
